If you attempt to return a CN version probe to a distributor outside of China, the warranty may be denied because the CN documentation and certification are not recognized in other jurisdictions. For international projects that use CN version probes (e.g., Chinese-built power plants in Pakistan or Indonesia), warranty service is still provided through the Chinese distribution channel. Always retain the original packing slip and calibration certificate as proof of purchase for warranty claims. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage from improper installation, over-torquing of threads, chemical exposure beyond specifications, or physical impact damage.
